Large 18th century Oak Coffer.

A very impressive large 18th century oak coffer. Carved four panel front with planked top. Original hinges and interior. Good condition and colour. Lovely patina on top. 58 ” wide by 23 and a half inches deep, 27 and a half inches high. A wonderful coffer for a large room or hall sold.

Georgian kneehole desk

A useful and pretty Georgian kneehole desk in mahogany with boxwood inlay. very good condition and would hold a monitor and keyboard. 35 ” wide by 20″ deep and 32 and a half inches high. £1,100.

Antique Oak Table

Small antique oak dining table. circa 1760. size 53″ long 29″ wide 28 and three quarter inches high. It has  a good colour and patina and would be ideal for a small cottage dining room or kitchen. £980.  We have three other larger tables at prices from £1,150 to £2,8oo.

Antique Oak Dining Table.

Heavy oak dining table in the Elizabethan style. It was made between 1890 and 1910 from good quality old wood and extends at either end. Closed it will seat six people comfortably with the chairs able to be pushed under the table when not in use…extended it will comfortably seat eight ..or 10-12 with less leg room. The top is slightly faded as is one of the extensions which has been used. The other extension is darker from having been closed most of the time.  This could easily be adjusted. £1,450.

Antique Library Chair

Antique mahogany button back William the Fourth Armchair in brown leather with scroll arms. Leather in good condition, but with enough wear to give a good look. Very comfortable.  £1,850

A 19th century Italian Cabinet in Rosewood and Marquetry. It has a single drawer with cupboard below, sliding interior tray and Sienna marble top. Excellent condition. Probably from the Lombardy region which is famous for this type of marquetry. 2ft wide by 1ft.7″ deep and 2 ft 10″ tall.  £2,650.

“Mouseman” Dining Chairs

Set of Four Robert “Mouseman” Thompson Dining Chairs (One carver and three singles) with cream leather seats and in excellent condition. The chairs were purchased in 1960, with the Dining Table (also illustrated) and remained int the family until present time.  £2,450 SOLD
